Hi, I’m Lanie — an NYC creative shaping stories with strategy, soul, and a unique point of view. I blend documentary style brand storytelling and visual direction to create work that feels emotionally charged, culturally aware, and unmistakably human.


From campaigns and content shoots to rebrands and real-life moments, I’m drawn to anything with personality, intention, and a little edge. Raised on writing and poetry, I approach every frame like a narrative: thoughtful, honest, and meant to be felt.


Outside of work, I’m probably eating soup year-round, listening to Taylor Swift or Flipturn, wandering with no destination and somehow ending up in a thrift store, sipping orange wine or matcha, or aggressively snuggling my cat, Basil.

My style leans candid, story-driven, and a little cinematic guided by prompts, personality, and real connection rather than stiff perfection.

Professionalism meets Creativity

I’m a creative director and brand storyteller with a soft spot for big ideas, sharp strategy, and making things feel deeply human. Equal parts editorial brain and internet-native creative, I build social-first campaigns, content ecosystems, and visual narratives that know how to connect.


Before creative became my full-time world, I worked in executive recruiting within manufacturing and other highly regulated industries, partnering with leadership, HR, and compliance teams. Translation: I know how to make complex things make sense, make brands sound like people, and keep creativity grounded in real business understanding.


With an education in English literature, public relations and creative writing, my approach is rooted in storytelling with substance — blending cultural relevance, emotional intelligence, and a strong point of view across video, content, podcasts, e-commerce, newsletters, experiential marketing and brand worlds that actually feel alive.
